You’ll have a 30-minute conversation to discuss the comparative market analysis, receive a comprehensive report with insights on your area, and benefit from an updated market analysis after two weeks of listing your property.
This service does not create a listing agreement or representation. However, if you later choose to hire Roxana Conrado, PA to list your property, the $199 us dollars fee paid for this CMA and market review will be credited back to you at closing under the Listing Agreement terms.
