This service includes a detailed market comparison analysis tailored for sellers planning to sell their property (For Sale By Owner). You’ll have a 30-minute conversation to discuss the comparative market analysis, receive a comprehensive report with insights on your area, and benefit from an updated market analysis after two weeks of listing your property.
This service does not create a listing agreement, brokerage relationship, or representation for the sale of your property.
However, if you choose at any point to hire Roxana Conrado, PA to list your property for sale under a formal Listing Agreement, the $199 us dollars fee paid for this CMA and market review service will be credited back to you.
This credit will be applied from the compensation agreed upon in the Listing Agreement and only after the property has been fully executed, sold, and closed.
This ensures that if you decide to move forward with full representation for the sale of your property, your investment in this CMA service is fully recognized and credited at closing.
